The Unforgiving - Comic Book
A powerful medium, Mother Maiden recruits lost souls to be part of her wraith taskforce to fight evil in all its forms. They each carry a specific guilt about something they did in their lives. Mother Maiden offe- rs them an opportunity to “make right what is wrong” by giving them missions and assignments to hunt down evil as a penance for their previous sins.

The Unforgiving - Album
The Unforgiving is the sixth studio album by Dutch symphonic metal band Within Temptation. The album it's released 23. of march 2011. This is the first concept album by Within Temptation. It's based on a comic book by the same name, written by Steven O'Connell and illustrated by Romano Molenaar. They have recorded three short films with music videos for the album also based on the comic book.
